How do I track my order?
Head to 'My Page' > 'Order Status’. You will be able to review your order details and track your order.
Do I need an account to purchase?
Not at all. We’ve made it easy for you to make a purchase without having to create an account.
Simply add your product of choice to your basket and head to the checkout.
To be eligible for special perks such as welcome/birthday coupons and other offers, you’ll need to create an account.
How do I cancel my order?
Head to 'My Page' > 'Order Status’. You can cancel your order by clicking the 'Cancel My Order' button. Please note that once an order has already been processed it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the order to be delivered before initiating a return.
